This organization is responsible for the study of the major strategy, plan and policy concerning the state economy and social development and the overall, comprehensive and major issues concerning the reform of economic system; for the study of domestic and foreign economic situation and the effect of it on our province; for drafting important policies, documents and reports; for promulgating information; for the continuing analysis of important and hot issues in economic operation and system reform, and the evaluation of the implementation of important economic policies; for promoting the study of the policies concerning the urbanization; for organizing the reform of the system of administrative examination and approval within the Commission, and participating the laying down of the general economic system reform; for organizing the investigation and study to the Commission and the research of major objects; for the overall administration of the affairs of the law and regulation with the Commission and providing guide for the development and reform organizations within the Province on the affairs of law and regulation; for organizing the drawing up of the relevant law, regulation and rule; for the administrative enforcement, administrative review, judicial supervision, filing and responding to a case and the popularization of law; for organizing coordinating the establishment of credit system within the Province; for making the general policies on biding within the Province; for the study and research within the Commission; and for the daily affairs of Zhejiang Office for the Establishment of Credit System.
