This organization is responsible for the daily governmental affairs of the commission, the establishment and improvement of all kinds of regulations and systems of the Commission, the implementation of responsibility system of annual working targets and the relevant evaluation, and for secretary affairs, information, confidentiality, managing archives, the handling of complaint letters and visits, propaganda, safeguard, electric government affairs, administration and support service.
